    Boulder County officials gave the go-ahead to apply for a matching grant through the Colorado Department of Transportation last week. The $530,000 grant of federal monies would include a match from the county of $130,000. Those matching monies could potentially come out of the road and bridge fund.     On Thursday, June 30, the Colorado Court of Appeals upheld the dismissal of a lawsuit that asked the courts to require Boulder County to pay for the repaving of roads in unincorporated neighborhoods.     The proposed marijuana retail and grow facility in Niwot recently made a change to its application, removing the grow facility from the proposal.
