Boulder County District Judge Nancy Salomone recently granted a motion to dismiss a lawsuit from the Twin Lakes Action Group against Boulder County regarding the purchase of open space as part of the Gunbarrel Public Improvement District (PID) that was approved by voters in 1994. Boulder County Commissioners approved a $426.9 million budget last week for the 2018 fiscal year. The budget includes a decrease in property tax of 2.117 mills to make the total county property tax at 22.726 mills for 2018.
