As if NHS homecoming week events weren’t exciting enough, Niwot’s softball team played in a tournament at Barnes Softball Complex in Loveland. After posting a four-win season in 2021, third-year Niwot football coach Nik Blume aims to continue to build the program that had not won more than three games since 2008. Work has been underway for a month on replacing the sod on the field with artificial turf, with plans to host the NHS Homecoming football game at the school this fall.
