    July 1st marked the opening of the Why Not Niwot? Juried Art Show display of art with a Niwot theme in local stores and restaurants.     Niwot's annual 4th of July Pancake Breakfast was back to pre-pandemic size this year, with long lines waiting to be served by volunteers and staff from the Niwot Market. Work has been underway for a month on replacing the sod on the field with artificial turf, with plans to host the NHS Homecoming football game at the school this fall.
