Warm February weather brought out book-lover Beverly Clark. Clark said she enjoys picking books for her grandson from Niwot’s Little Free Library at the corner of 79th Street and Niwot Road.
“I love using these [libraries], because you can leave a book and take a book,” Clark said. “I make sure I always bring a book… because if everyone always took a book, the library would be empty. I use these all the time. They are great.”
Clark’s reading selection for her grandson included “Real Stories of the Ghosts of the White House” and — she said with a laugh — “How to Write an American Girl’s Story,” which had a plastic stencil so he could start learning to write the alphabet.
