Before a portion of the fence at the western entry to Niwot from the Diagonal to Franklin Street was power washed and re-stained.

The fence at the western entrance to Niwot on Niwot Road from Colorado Hwy. 119 was power washed and re-stained recently. The Niwot Community Association, Niwot Business Association, and the Niwot Local Improvement District funded the project in order to improve the appearance of the most utilized entry point to Niwot. In November 2024, weeds were scraped and rock mulch was laid along the same stretch.
