    The October monthly town hall meeting of the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) was held at Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church in Gunbarrel the evening of Thursday, Oct. 13. All three Commissioners were present and around 15 citizens from the Gunbarrel area were in attendance.     The Niwot High gymnastics team may be short on experience, but it hasn't been an obstacle so far as the Cougars defeated Broomfield in a dual meet Oct. 12 by a score of 171.90 to 169.85.
