Sancho’s Authentic Mexican Restaurant will be opening a second location at 6545 Gunpark Drive in Gunbarrel next month. Owner Shawn Camden and his staff have had to do extensive work to the building and are waiting on approval to begin operating. “It’s pretty stressful to be honest,” Camden said. “There are a lot of challenges.
