On June 6, Niwot held its last First Friday Art Walk under the watch of Anne Postle, who is retiring as the principal and architect for Osmosis Art and Architecture, an art galley and architecture firm in Niwot. The House Blend Band kicked off this year's season of concerts in Niwot with a performance on 2nd Avenue Saturday, May 17. On May 11th, to celebrate Niwot's Sesquicentennial (150th) Anniversary, the Niwot Historical Society released a book, Niwot: The Spirit of Colorado, published in conjunction with the anniversary.
