Santa visits the Left Hand Grange

Friday, Nov. 24, 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. and Saturday, Nov. 25, 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

The end of November brings two opportunities for the little ones to meet Santa in person at the Grange to tell him all about their holiday wish lists. Following Niwot's Enchanted Evening tree lighting event on Nov. 24 at 6 p.m., Santa and Mrs. Claus will be meeting with children in the exquisitely decorated downstairs hall of the Grange.

The next day, Saturday, Nov. 25, Santa will be the Grand Marshal for Niwot's Holiday Parade at 11 a.m. When the parade ends, Santa will make his way to the warmth of the Grange to spend time with children until 1 p.m.

Professional Holiday Portraits

Nov. 29, and Dec. 1, 3 & 10, times vary

Professional photographer Noah Katz of NJK Photography will be providing holiday portrait sessions in a beautifully decorated setting at the Grange. Each session is $135 and includes 15 minutes with the photographer and 1 fully edited image of your choice from the session delivered digitally. Additional edited images from the session are available for purchase. NJK Photography is generously donating 15% of all fees to the Grange.

Holiday Market Events and more Santa time!

Saturdays, December 2 & 9, 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Sponsored by the Niwot Business Association, Women's International Club of Niwot, and Charities Within Reach, this year's Holiday Market event promises to be more elaborate than ever before. In addition to Father Christmas' presence, there will be fabulous festive gifts available from a multitude of artists and vendors, along with delectable baked goods to enhance your holiday table.

Music at the Grange

Sunday, Dec. 10, 1:30 - 3:30 p.m. Performer sign-ups begin at 1:15 p.m.

December's Music at the Grange features a bevy of talented local artists performing their own renditions of classics, originals, and uplifting holiday music. If you're drawn to folk, pop, soft rock, and blues, you are sure to enjoy the variety of artists performing that afternoon.

Performers, bring the musical instrument of your choice (your voice, harmonica, guitar, banjo, for instance), your original piece or cover songs - all are welcome. Sound equipment, mics, and a piano are on-hand. Refreshments will be provided by the Grange.

Second Annual Ollin Winter Market

Saturday, Dec. 16, 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

The folks at Ollin Farms and their partners present a cornucopia of local produce, mushrooms, honey, dried flowers, holiday gift ideas, and more. The El Sabor de Puebla food truck will offer hot food during the event.

Community Dance Sessions

Tuesdays, Nov. 28, and Dec. 5 & 12, 5:00 - 8:00 p.m.

Teacher-choreographer Lindy Bartruff invites all ages and levels to community dance sessions at the Grange featuring line dance classes, social dance workshops, and giveaways for free dance lessons.

From 5:00-5:50 p.m. have a ball participating in a free tap dance session. The class level and content will be matched to participants. Next up will be line dancing from 6:00-7:00 p.m. followed by a disco dance workshop from 7:05-8:00 p.m. Sessions are $10/person or $15/couple.

New Year's Eve at the Grange

Sunday, Dec. 31, 7:00 – 10:00 p.m.

Ring in the New Year at Niwot's biggest community party at the Grange. There will be an array of chef-prepared food, drinks, and entertainment for $100 per person. Limited tickets available soon at https://niwot.com/.
