Boulder County Commissioners to meet in Niwot Oct 12

The Boulder County Commissioners will hold an in-person Town Hall meeting on Thursday, Oct 12, at 5:30 p.m. at the Left Hand Grange No. 9, 195 2nd Avenue in Niwot. The stated purpose of the meeting is to meet with representatives and constituents to discuss issues of concern for the local community. In a press release, Commissioner Claire Levy said, “We are specifically seeking input on our plan to implement a local minimum wage of $15.69/hour (the state minimum wage will be $14.42 as of 01/01/2024) for unincorporated Boulder County effective January 1, 2024.”
