Duties/Areas of Responsibility - Niwot Administrative Coordinator

● In coordination with NBA event champions and other Niwot organizations, develop and

maintain the master calendar for Niwot events, meetings and activities.

● With guidance from the NBA treasurer, maintain NBA related financial records and assist

in developing annual budgets.

● Conduct bookkeeping operations for the NBA and coordinate with CPA to ensure

accurate and up to date financial records

● Coordinate communication between NBA board and members at large

● Assist all NBA subcommittees as necessary including the NBA Executive Committee,

the Events Committee, the Retail Committee and the Marketing and Advertising

Committee

● Maintain connection with and participate in various local and state economic

development agencies and networks

● Publish the NBA monthly report and produce minutes from board meetings and general

NBA meetings

● Coordinate physical maintenance activities necessary to keep Niwot clean, safe,

attractive and inviting. Oversee annual budget for maintenance activities.

● Support individual NBA members as necessary and reasonable in their Niwot business

needs in relation to the business district

● Continuously seek input, ideas and feedback from NBA members to improve business in

the Niwot business district.

In approving funding for the position, the Niwot LID requested that the job description be revised to include similar services to other non-profit organizations in Niwot.
