All Local, All The Time

Brisket and bingo fundraiser Aug. 14 at Garden Gate

Niwot Business owners Angie Miltersen with Few of a Kind Vintage + Mercantile and Steve Gaibler with The Garden Gate Cafe will be joining efforts to raise money for the Niwot Business Association's Marshall Fire Small Town Big Heart Fundraiser.

The Garden Gate Cafe will be opening up in the evening for a brisket + barbeque dinner on Sunday, Aug. 14, from 4-7 pm. Patrons will also have an opportunity to play Bingo during the event. Bingo winners will get to choose from assorted goodies provided by Few of a Kind.

Silent auction items will also be provided by local businesses as a way to help raise more money for the cause, which is in its final stages as the fund nears the $100,000 goal set by the NBA to help neighboring community members..

To date, Creekside Tree Nursery, Moxie Bread, Slupik MiniFarm, Sunflower Farm, Lefthand Lavender Farm and Juniper & Twine Floral & Gifts are participating in the silent auction.

If you would like to contribute to Silent Auction donations, please contact NBA Vice-President Deborah Fowler at [email protected].

100% of all ticket sales and silent auction fundraisers will go towards the Small Town, Big Heart, Marshall Fire Fundraiser.
