As of Oct. 1, 2022, Lindsey Cumberland became the new owner of the Leigh Suskin Agency, located in Cottonwood Square Shopping Center.     A small grass fire broke out Oct. 20 north of Boulder in the Lakeridge Trail area at about Nelson Road and Highway 36. At approximately 2 p.m., fire crews and the Boulder County Sheriff’s Department were dispatched to the area.
