Death Notices for July 7

Barbara Angevine, longtime Niwot resident, passed away peacefully on June 1, 2021. She will be missed by her husband of 64 years, three children and two grandchildren.

Peter Sprenkle of Boulder passed away June 11, 2021, of myelofibrosis at age 84. Pete began his storied softball career coaching for Gunbarrel Lefthand Valley Recreation Association (GLVRA), now known as Niwot Youth Sports and later founded the Boulder Valley Girls Softball Association. A celebration of Pete’s life will be held at Pine Street Church, 1237 Pine Street, Boulder on Saturday, September 25th at 2 p.m.
