Decreased COVID restrictions might not bring big changes

With the downgrade from "high risk" orange to "concern" yellow, Boulder County seems to be moving in the right direction. As optimistic as many are in the Niwot community, most residents seem to also be very cognizant of maintaining social distancing, masks and other safety precautions.

The addition of the "purple" on the COVID dial last November made the six color levels more like stepping stones between safety level precautions, rather than jumps. With the recent downgrade to level yellow (concern), businesses in Niwot appear to be largely the same. The most notable difference is restaurants are allowed...
