Nourish and Company to provide health services

Nourish and Company will soon be opening its doors at 240 Second Avenue in Niwot.

The business will be a consortium of three health services, massage therapy, skin care and personal fitness training and nutrition.

Holly Saia has been a personal trainer for over 25 years. She will offer single session and other packages for anyone looking to get in shape.

Beyond that, she can go along for trips to the grocery store and make home visits to take a look at what’s in the fridge and pantry.

“But I’m also a health coach,” Saia said. “So I offer programs, which is meeting with someone a few times a month. We talk about nutrition and how that aspect of your life affects how you take care of yourself.”

Massage therapist Sarah Yanowitz offers a variety of massages, including deep tissue, hot stone and lymphatic drainage.

Denise Maierhofer is the skin care specialist, offering facials, waxing and mirco-needling that stimulates the skin’s natural healing process.

Business hours will fluctuate because all three are independent contractors, but they plan to keep normal hours Monday through Friday.

They will be available on some weekends, and care is mostly going to be by appointment only.

“On particular days if our schedule is slow, we will offer walk-ins,” Saia said. “We’ll put a sign out front on those days.”

The idea for the three getting together came from Saia’s desire to expand services. She has been friends with Maierhofer for years, and teamed up with Yanowitz through an ad.

“I’ve been a personal trainer for 25-plus years,” Saia said. “I had been looking for a space, and wanted to add services. It just ended up that we found this great house that had more space.”

They will be holding an open house from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on October 29, and will start taking appointments on October 24.

“Right now we are just trying to get things up and running,” Saia said. “We’ll all be doing our work there on Second Avenue.

They also plan on doing community events in the future, such as cooking classes, monthly dinners and themed workshops.

Nourish and Company can be found on Facebook, http://www.nourishandcompany.com or by calling 303-652-0870.

Clients will be able to book massages and skin care services online, but personal training sessions need to be made over the phone.
