    Ridgeline Development Corporation has filed a request to begin a second phase of development in Niwot Hills Subdivision, located on the southwest corner of Niwot Road and 95th Street. The proposed preliminary plan calls for seven single family detached homes to be built beginning in the spring of 2019.     Earlier this year, the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) tasked Boulder County Land Use staff to review and amend present agricultural land use code.
