    The removal of ash trees infested with the emerald ash borer beetle (EAB) located in the Boulder County right-of-way will begin this October. If you’ve been notified that any of your ash trees are subject to removal, now is the time to act. Trees that have been marked with a blue ‘X’ will be removed starting this October, and then more removals will occur throughout 2019-2020.     Kelly Morrow and her fourth graders from Boulder Valley Waldorf School pose with a Certificate of Appreciation for visiting historic Niwot with the Niwot Historical Society on Sept. 26.
