  • Culvert project begins on 83rd and Niwot Road

    Boulder County Transportation will begin a culvert replacement and roadway resurfacing project on North 83rd Street in Niwot starting at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, June 21. The project boundaries are from Niwot Road on the southern end to the Diagonal Highway/CO 119 on the northern end. In order to safely accommodate the project, the road will either be reduced to a single lane in locations or completely closed.     Niwot track stars Mary Gillett and Alexis Carroll traveled to Greensboro, North Carolina last weekend to complete in the New Balance Nationals Outdoor (NBNO), a prestigious invitation-only meet featuring top competitors from around the country.
