    Led by junior Christopher Wingfield, the Silver Creek boys swim team scored 87 team points to finish in 11th place at last weekend’s Class 4A Swimming & Diving Championships held at the Air Force Academy. Wingfield ended with weekend with two top-ten individual finishes, and was also a member of the 200 and 400-freestyle relay teams, which both finished seventh.     Tommy Stager, student-athlete from Niwot High School, has been named the recipient of the MaxPreps Male Athlete of the Year Award, presented in conjunction with the United States Marines Corps.     On a boys track team that sometimes struggled to fill its highlight reel this season, Niwot senior Alex Oelsner often provided the missing footage. As the team’s leading thrower, Oelsner amassed several top 10 finishes in shot put this year, including fourth in the Northern Conference championships held May 5.
