    Niwot Elementary is proud to recognize Ben Codevilla as our student of the month. Ben is nine years old, and a third-grader in his second year at NES. Ben is a student who demonstrates responsibility and bravery. In January, Ben was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. At first, Ben was sad about his diagnosis.     Senior Stephanie Reitzig capped off her memorable Niwot Forensics career with a trip to the finals at the 2018 State Speech and Debate Tournament held March 16-17 at Rocky Mountain HS in Fort Collins.
