    The Cougars traveled to Greeley on Friday, Oct. 19, ready to get back into the win column against the 0-7 Northridge Grizzlies. It was a well-played game by both teams, but Niwot lost a late lead thanks to turnovers, and fell to the Grizzlies 14-12.     On Friday, Sept. 28, Niwot traveled to Gypsum where the Cougars picked up a 20-14 victory over Eagle Valley, which was celebrating homecoming. Niwot sophomore quarterback Ayden Bartko attempted nine passes and completed five for 95 yards, an average of 19.0 yards per completion.
