Niwot High Schools administrators, along with approximately 30 juniors and seniors, hosted the annual Link-Crew freshmen and new student orientation on Wednesday, Aug. 16.  Link-Crew helps middle school students make the transition to high school a positive one by linking new students and freshmen to juniors and seniors.  The upper classmen serve as leaders and mentors to help new students and freshmen become a part of the school. 

The day started at 8 a.m. with both large and small group activities designed to address student’s needs and concerns in an enjoyable manner.  The day included a school tour, assigning lockers, school pictures, registration forms drop-off, and class schedules pick-up.  Parent volunteers sponsored a barbecue to finish off the day.  Good luck to the class of 2004.  Hope your first year is a great year!
