Mary Wallace Is A Master At Fluency By Vicki Maurer
Webster’s II New Riverside Dictionary describes a heroine as, "A woman celebrated for her special achievements and attributes." To her clients, Mary Wallace, MA, CCC-SLP. of Gunbarrel possesses the special achievements and attributes which allow them to lead normal lives with an abnormal dysfluency disorder, more commonly known as stuttering.

Gunbarrel resident James Norton (11) won first place in both the "Best of Fair" Top Exhibitor award, Junior Division,  and the physical sciences category, Junior Division in the 1999 Colorado Science and Engineering Fair held at Colorado State University on April 8-10, 1999. Additionally, James was nominated to compete in a new national science fair, the Discovery Young Scientist Challenge, later this year.
