Allison Closson has been appointed vice president and managing officer of Heritage Bank’s Niwot branch. Located in the new building at 79th Street and Niwot Road, the bank is expected to open in June 2000.

"I’ve walked through the Niwot community and fell in love with the place," said Closson, who has begun visiting with area residents and business operators. "The people are looking forward to our presence in town, and they’re genuinely happy to have us there."

The 2,230 square foot bank will feature two drive-through lanes, a drive-up ATM and safe deposit boxes. The Niwot office will provide a full range of financial services, including competitive deposit products, mortgage, consumer and business loans, and a 24-hour telephone banking option and internet banking.

Heritage Bank is an independently owned and operated community bank with approximately $180 million in total assets. The Niwot branch will be the bank’s 11th location in the northern metropolitan area.
