Take An Austrian Student To Work Week

The entire Heatherwood community will bid a sorrowful good-bye to the outstanding principal of Heatherwood Elementary School. 

Niwot Hills Subdivision Tabled

A sketch plan application for the proposed Niwot Hills development was presented by developer Michael Markel to the Boulder County Planning Commission on May 19, 1999. The development calls for 46 lots on 156 acres located on the southwest corner of Niwot Road and North 95th Street. 

Gunbarrel Estates Residents Petition For Zip Code Change

Bob Schleicher, a Gunbarrel Estates resident, is collecting petitions to change the Gunbarrel Estates area zip code and address to Boulder. He spoke at the Gunbarrel Estates Home Owners’ Meeting on May 12, 1999 to urge homeowners to support this change.
