The fifth largest bank in the country with branches stretching from West Virginia to Arizona, branch manager Don Bausley feels the Gunbarrel branch is still a small town bank. "We are a relationship bank, not product oriented. We grow with our customers. We treat everyone as an individual to help them grow. We talk to our customers to find their needs," Bausley said.
They offer a variety of services to their customers. Safe deposit boxes are available in six sizes ranging in price from $34 to $104 per year. Direct deposit is available at no extra cost. Loan grace periods for payments are specific to each loan. As far as negotiating fees for "good customers" Bausley replied, "We shouldn’t have to negotiate fees. We treat each customer individually. We listen to what they want and offer the lowest price possible in the first place." As for any hold placed on large deposits Bausley stated, "That is based on the relationship we have with the customer. We treat each customer needs individually," Bausley commented.
