The Niwot Inn, located at 324 Second Ave. in Niwot, has the ambiance of a five star hotel. The Big Room, complete with a warm leather couch and a large rock fireplace, welcomes you home.

For a special night out, the Inn offers two spacious suites with a jet tub to relax in and a fireplace to warm anyone’s cockles.

“We bring in fresh rolls and croissants, and I make a special fruit salad every morning” said Manager Laurie Adams.  It is a warm, intimate place to spend a night or a week.  “We also offer a special package that includes the Prophecy Spa, just down on Second Avenue.”

Niwot Inn is located at 342 Second Avenue in Niwot and can be reached at 303-652-8452.  You can also visit their website at www.NiwotInn.com.

The Gunbarrel Guest House at 6901 Lookout Rd. will welcome you home as you enter its doors.

The main room offers several tables for sitting, and of course they have a hot breakfast every morning.  On Wednesdays, they offer a homemade waffle breakfast for any hungry traveler.  Just beyond the tables is an inviting area with a couch and chairs, facing a warm fireplace, a perfect place for reading a good book or talking with friends.

Owner and Manager Carolann Evans states that every room has a fireplace.  The two suites come with a two-person Jacuzzi to melt away your anxieties.  “Many of the same people keep coming back here.  It’s like a family from all over the world,” said Carolann.  The warm atmosphere and relaxed nature are a treat after a hustle and bustle kind of day.

The Gunbarrel Guest House is located at 6901 Lookout Road in Boulder and can be reached at 303-530-1513 or log onto their web site at www.guest-house.com.
