Niwot Youth Sports has hired Tim Rudden as executive director to assist the organization with administering the baseball, softball and basketball programs.  NYS has operated for several years without an executive director, but the board of directors determined that the position is necessary to coordinate volunteers and handle fundraising and administrative duties.  Previous executive directors have included Tim Shuminsky, Dave Runyon, Sue Prahl and Dan LaBorde.  Rudden is a longtime volunteer for NYS and has served in coaching and administrative positions.
