Janelle Kramer (Silver Creek) started as a defender for the University of Northern Colorado and played 69 minutes in a season-opening 2-1 win over Wyoming.  Kramer is a sophomore.

Lauren Braman (Niwot) is a sophomore defender for the University of Nevada.  Nevada opened the season with a 1-0 loss to St. Mary’s.

Peter Freeman (Niwot) is one of only three returning starters for Adams State, which is starting just its second year of collegiate soccer.  Freeman, a midfielder, led the team last season with three goals. Adams State was picked to finish ninth in a preseason coaches’ poll.

Erin Gunther (Silver Creek) started at defender for Creighton University in a season-opening tie with South Dakota State University.  Gunther had one shot on goal and one corner kick for the Bluejays, but neither ball found the net.

Junior Midfielder Kate Russell (Silver Creek) had an assist for the University of Colorado in a 2-1 exhibition win over Air Force.  Sophomore Forward/Midfielder Lauren Shaner (Niwot) also played for CU.

Forward Danielle Figliola (Silver Creek) returns for her junior season after winning two letters for Drake University.  Figliola had one shot but failed to score in a season-opening 0-0 tie with Iowa State.

Machal Gradoz (Niwot) is a junior Midfielder for Macalester College. Macalester plays in the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference.

Jelli Schira (Niwot) is a sophomore Midfielder/Forward for Colorado School of Mines.  Schira scored one goal as a freshman last season, seeing action in 22 games.

Alyssa Beck (Alexander Dawson) of Niwot returns for her sophomore season at Rollins College.  Beck is a Defender/Midfielder who saw action in 12 games as a freshman.

Gabby Najara (Silver Creek) returns for her senior season as a Defender/Midfielder at St. Cloud State University.

Ryan Meske (Niwot) returns for his senior season at the University of Dallas. Meske, a Midfielder/Forward, scored seven goals and added nine assists last year for Dallas.
