Peter Freeman (Niwot) received the Love of the Game Award from the Adams State coaching staff.  Freeman was a junior midfielder for Adams State, which showed vast improvement in only its second season of fielding a men’s soccer program. 

Kate Russell (Silver Creek) was named second team All-Big 12 for her efforts in leading the Colorado Buffaloes in scoring last season.  Lauren Shaner (Niwot) was named to the first team Academic All-Big 12 team for Colorado.  Players must have a GPA of 3.2 or higher to qualify. 

Ryan Meske (Niwot) of the University of Dallas was named first team forward by the Association of Division III Independents.  Meske led Dallas in scoring with 10 goals and three assists.  His 22 shots on goal were double the number of any other player on the team.
